An inclusive family of schools, placing every child at the heart of everything we do.
To improve children and young people’s lives through innovative teaching and integrated approaches.
These five values define how we work with our children, colleagues, parents and partners. They are central to the success of our family of schools and are the standards by which we are measured, developed and rewarded.
The leadership structure is designed to provide the best possible support for teaching and learning across the schools, and ensuring our capacity to support other schools and the wider system without impacting negatively on the learning of the pupils at The Bridge London Trust. Our full leadership team meet weekly to ensure a cohesion to all aspects of the Trust’s work.

The Bridge Outreach is a well-established team of specialists supporting the inclusion of school aged pupils (3 – 19) with autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in mainstream settings. We are a team of Senior Teachers and a Senior Teaching Assistant who have many years of experience and expertise in working with pupils with autism/SLD/PMLD. We liaise and co-operate with all other Islington based Education, Health and Care professionals.
We support staff in developing their understanding of autism, SLD and PMLD and their skills in meeting the needs of pupils with SEN in mainstream settings.
